The worm gear on my office window blind mechanism broke. I couldn't source the part for my specific model of blind, so I decided to model the part on fusion 360 and 3d print it. It was definitely the hardest thing I've modeled yet.

Functional Prints
Here are a few functional 3d prints that I've designed on fusion360 and printed on my Ender 5.
The roller on my Neeto D7 vacuum got worn out an flattened on one side causing the brushes to scrape the floor. The black part is the original and the white one is printed.
These are table leg extensions for my daughter's home study setup.
This one's abattery tie down for my Mini Cooper.
